data we collect. we collect only your email address when you subscribe to the waitlist. we also collect anonymous usage data through analytics (see below).
how we use your email. your email is stored in a secure database (Cloudflare D1) and used solely to send you updates about OUT. email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com).
cookies & local storage. we use localStorage to save your theme and language preferences. if you accept analytics cookies through our consent banner, third-party cookies are set by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (see below). you can decline these cookies and the site works the same.
analytics. with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, referral sources, device type). these services may set cookies and collect anonymized data. they are not activated unless you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.
data sharing. we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. your data is only processed by our service providers (Cloudflare, Resend, Google Analytics, Meta) as needed to operate the service.
security. we use HTTPS, security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, CSP), and rate limiting to protect your data.
your rights. you can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. we will remove your email from our database within 7 days.
children. OUT does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. if you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
changes. we may update this policy. changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
terms of service
acceptance. by accessing or using imout.club ("the site"), you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the site.
what OUT is. OUT is a wellness platform for young men's mental health. it provides educational content and a daily practice framework. OUT is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or treatment. if you are in crisis, please contact a crisis helpline or emergency services.
eligibility. you must be at least 13 years old to use the service. by using OUT, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
your account. when you subscribe, you provide your email address. you are responsible for providing accurate information. do not create multiple subscriptions with different emails.
acceptable use. you agree not to use the service to engage in illegal activity, harass or harm others, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or send spam or other unsolicited messages.
intellectual property. all content, branding, design, and technology on imout.club are owned by OUT. you may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
disclaimer. OUT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
limitation of liability. to the maximum extent permitted by law, OUT's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) to use the service.
changes to the service. we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
changes to terms. we may update these terms. continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. the "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
governing law. these terms are governed by the laws of the United States. any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
